Javier Herrera, Founder
Company Executive Officer
Javier engaged a career in the medical and non-medical field for the past 20 years in the San Diego community providing guidance, support and customer service for our veterans, seniors and patients with special needs. The knowledge he gained working with medical equipment and medical related services increased his level of education to be able to provide excellence to the Home Care Senior Community. In 2014, Javier began his journey to establish a safe and dependable home care services agency to continue helping seniors and their families.
Junie Baratti
Chief Operating Officer
Junie joined A Caring Touch Home Care in 2022 as Director of Operations. Junie has over 35 years in the senior care space with experience as an executive team member, consultant, and former business owner successfully piloting innovative ideas and novel approaches in senior care management. Her operations helped pave the way for large approaches to care, and process improvements.
Raul Corral
Operations Manager
Before devoting his total attention to our Seniors, Raul started by serving his country in the United States Army. He then went on to become a nurse specializing in Intensive Care as well as Geriatric Nursing. This interest in geriatrics propelled and motivated him to own several businesses such as Home Health, and Hospice with a focus on helping our senior population.
Raul became part of A Caring Touch Home Care in 2023 to work in and around seniors. Truly making a love for his work come true. Besides, working with seniors Raul enjoys volunteering with several orphanages and is very involved with different facets of veteran affairs.
